This category includes a subscription of PAHC''s Your House Newsletter, and may include membership in the National Association of Housing Cooperatives, with a subscription to Your House Newsletter.
Dues Structure
• Combined Membership (PAHC & NAHC),
$4 per unit
• NAHC Membership, $3.25 per unit
• PAHC Membership, $75 per unit
Associate
Annual dues are $300 for management companies, insurance companies, and firms who do business with cooperatives or wish to support cooperative housing. NOTE: This does not include membership in any other organization or association.
Affiliate
Annual Dues are $100 for cooperative councils, non-profit cooperative organizations and condominium associations. NOTE: This does not include membership in any other organization or association.
Associate
Annual Dues are $75 for any persons interested in furthering the cooperative movement. NOTE: This does not include membership in any other organization or association.
