PAHC
holds semi-annual (fall/winter & spring/summer) training sessions, in addition to the required Annual Meeting of the membership. These sessions provide timely information on a variety of seasonal, tax, administrative and maintenance topics as well as affording the attendees the opportunity of personal interaction with representatives of like organizations from other parts of the Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia area. These trainings were specifically designed with the locals in minds, and who may not, otherwise, be available to attend trainings outside of their immediate area. However, all trainings are open to all PAHC members.

is a member of the National Association of Housing Cooperatives and representatives of our Association are pleased to act as trainers for the National Conference whenever they are invited to do so.
